Welcome to Express Yourself Theatre
At Express Yourself we are passionate about the love of performance.
The aim is to create an enjoyable, exciting and imaginative environment, allowing every member to share their individuality, boost their self confidence and express their opinion through creative drama.
Members will explore various theatrical and performance techniques tailored for each individual group. Improvisation, role play, devising, script work and many exciting and fun drama games.

Meet Kat
Kat’s performing arts journey began when she left school and trained at the Chickenshed Theatre Company, North London. Kat performed on stage, featured in commercials and short films. She has worked with many different theatre companies along the way, including a children’s talent agency. Her love for acting, coupled with her natural skill of delivering workshops to children and teenagers, became the aspiration.
After gaining so much experience, Kat decided to go solo and start up her own theatre company, Express Yourself. Express Yourself has been successfully running since 2017.
Kat also teaches the speech and drama assessment – LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art). An exam designed to improve communication skills, confidence and performance. Kat covers acting, verse and prose and public speaking.
All Express Yourself leaders/assistants are experienced and trained teachers/performers, and hold an up to date enhanced DBS.
